This research uses financial technology (fintech) as a solution to overcome these problems. By using fintech, it is hoped that MSME actors will gain access to financial services more easily so they can increase sharia financial inclusion. The aim of this research is to test whether crowdfunding P2P lending; market aggregator</em>; <em>risk investment management; and payment, settlement, clearing have an influence in increasing sharia financial inclusion of MSME actors in Cirebon Regency partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative field. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation. The population of this research is MSMEs in Cirebon Regency, totally 384.544 businesses with 100 entrepreneurs as sample. The sampling method used was simple random sampling. The analytical method used is binary logistic regression analysis with SPPS version 29 analysis tool. The results of this research prove that crowdfunding and P2P lending variable have P-value of 0,001 so it has an influence in increasing sharia financial inclusion. Market aggregator variable have P-value 0,001 so it has an influence in increasing sharia financial inclusion. Risk and investment management variable have P-value 0,001 so it has an influence in increasing sharia financial inclusion. Payment</em>, <em>settlement clearing variable have P-value 0,001 so it has an influence in increasing sharia financial inclusion. This is thought to be related to labor productivity and raw material inventory management.This research aims to determine the influence of labor productivity and raw material inventory management on the company's operational performance at PT Kewalram Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. The object of this research is employees at PT Kewalram Indonesia unit 1. The type of research is associative quantitative, primary data type, data collection techniques are observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaires. The population in this study was 1.872 employees at PT Kewalram Indonesia Unit I and a sample of 95 employees. The research results show that there is a significant influence between labor productivity and the company's operational performance. This can be seen from the value of t<sub>count</sub> &gt; t<sub>table</sub> (18,994 &gt; 1,986) of 79.5% from the R<sup>2</sup> test results. There is a significant influence on raw material inventory management seen from the t<sub>count</sub> &gt; t<sub>table</sub> value (8,981 &gt; 1,986) and the contribution of Raw Material Inventory Management to Operational Performance is 46.4% from the R<sup>2</sup> test results. Simultaneously, Labor Productivity and Raw Material Inventory Management influence the Company's Operational Performance at PT Kewalram Indonesia Unit 1, this can be seen from the value of t<sub>count</sub> &gt; t<sub>table</sub> (44,422 &gt; 3,09) and the contribution of Labor Productivity and Raw Material Inventory Management to the Company's Operational Performance simultaneously amounting to 49.1% of the R<sup>2</sup> test results with a significance point of 0,000&lt;0,05.</p> Tia Amandasari Copyright (c) 2026 Journal of Economics, Finance, and Management 2026-05-31 2026-05-31 1 1 15 21 NVIVO Analysis Approach to the Effectiveness of Social Media as a Source of Student Education https://journal.genintelektual.id/index.php/jefm/article/view/170 <p>The use of social media has become a phenomenon that dominates people's lives, especially students. As time goes by, social media has gradually become as means of entertainment, exhibition, information dissemination and marketing. Meeting information needs is important for students. One of them is using social media with popular communication and information platforms, which have great potential as a source of education. Thus, information becomes a basic need for certain users. If needs are not met it will be a problem for information users. So the presence of social media platforms has become very popular. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of using social media on fulfilling information and analyzing the effectiveness of using social media as a source of education on fulfilling information for students. In this research, researchers used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques using structured interviews with students who use social media and used snowball sampling to select participant criteria. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Nvivo 14 application. The results of this research found that social media has a significant impact, the positive impact of social media can influence interactions between people and form a more creative mindset, and negative impact of excessive use will making someone lazy will lead to dependence on social media. As for the decrease in the number of Batara iB Savings customers at Bank BTN Syariah KC Bandung in 2020, 2022 and 2023, it is suspected that the perceived value of customers is reduced in saving due to lack of service, unsatisfactory transactional facilities, many offers from banks so that customers who require switching, lack of ATM networks and less strategic bank locations. This study aims to determine the comparison between Tandamata Savings products at Bank BJB KCP Lodaya and Batara iB Savings products at Bank BTN Syariah Bandung Branch Office using SWOT Analysis. The research object discussed in this study is Tandamata Savings at Bank BJB KCP Lodaya and Batara iB Savings at Bank BTN Syariah Bandung Branch Office. The type of research is qualitative which is comparative, the type of data used is primary data and uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and literature studies. The results showed that the difference lies in the number of requirements at Bank BJB KCP Lodaya there are 5 requirements and at Bank BTN Syariah KC Bandung there are 4 requirements. Provisions at Bank BJB KCP Lodaya there are 8 provisions and at Bank BTN Syariah KC Bandung there are 6 provisions. Bank BJB KCP Lodaya procedures 8 procedures and 10 procedures at Bank BTN Syariah KC Bandung. On the profit sharing of tandamata savings Bank BJB KCP Lodaya is always changing not fixed how the interest rate is, while the Batara iB savings product Bank BTN Syariah KC Bandung tires how the policy given by the bank and not promised at the beginning.</em></p> Iim Jamilah Copyright (c) 2026 Journal of Economics, Finance, and Management 2026-05-31 2026-05-31 1 1 35 49 The Influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Operating Expenses and Operating Income, as well as Financing to Deposit Ratio on Non-Performing Financing https://journal.genintelektual.id/index.php/jefm/article/view/166 <p><em>Based on the results of observations the background to this research is the existence of fluctuations in ratios and gaps between theory and reality that occur in Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Expenses and Operating Income, and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) which is thought to affect Non Performing Financing (NPF) at BPRS Harum Hikmahnugraha. This research aims to find out how the effect of CAR, Operating Expenses and Operating Income, and FDR on NPF at BPRS Harum Hikmahnugraha for the 2019-2023 period, both partially and simultaneously. The research objects in this thesis are CAR, Operating Expenses and Operating Income, FDR, and NPF. The type of research is associative quantitative with secondary data types and uses documentation data collection techniques and literature study. The sample in this research is the BPRS Harum Hikmahnugraha quarterly financial reports for the 2019-2023 period. The research results show that CAR have no effect on NPF with a value of </em><em>−t<sub>count </sub>&gt; −t<sub>table </sub>(−0,962 &gt; −2,10982) and CAR’s contribution to NPF is 4,9% from the R<sup>2</sup> test results, Operating Expenses and Operating Income have no effect on NPF with a value of t<sub>count </sub>&lt; t<sub>table </sub>(1,700 &lt; 2,10982) and the contribution of Operating Expenses and Operating Income on NPF is 13,8% from the R<sup>2</sup> test results, FDR has a negative effect on NPF with a value of −t<sub>count </sub>&lt; −t<sub>table </sub></em><em>(−2,660 &lt; −2,10982) and FDR’s contribution to NPF is 28,2% from the R<sup>2</sup> test results.
