Electronic Learner Worksheet (E-LKPD) assisted by PhET simulation is designed to improve 21st century skills in learners. The purpose of this study was to identify the obstacles faced by students in using electronic learner worksheets assisted by PhET simulations on nervous system material. This research used descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling technique. The research subjects were grade XI students from three public high schools in Bandung City, with a total of 35 students. The instrument used was a constraint questionnaire, while data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitative. The results showed that 83.93% of students felt helped in the learning process using this E-LKPD, while the other 16.07% felt less helped. The results of this study indicate that although E-LKPD assisted by PhET simulation is effective in assisting the learning process, there are some technical and understanding constraints that need to be improved to increase its effectiveness.
