Kreativitas Peserta Didik pada Pembuatan Manisan Buah Pembelajaran Etno-Stream (Sains, Teknologi, Religion, Enginering, Arts, Matematika)

Creativity has been emphasized as a key competency in 21st century learning for students. Learning to make candied fruit uses ethno-STREAM-based learning by involving local/cultural wisdom that integrates aspects of Tecnology, Religion, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics in a Science environment. The purpose of the study was to identify students' creativity level in making candied fruit. The research design used a one-shot case study. The learning tools used learner worksheets (LKPD) and rubric instruments along with scoring the assessment of candied fruit making report products. The research sample used purposive sampling technique on 23 students of one of the SMKN (Vocational High School) in Cianjur, West Java. Data processing by determining the percentage achievement at the student creativity level. The results showed that there was an excellent level (Excelling) in flexible thinking (Flexibiliti) reaching 100%, and 93.33% in original thinking (Originality). The weakest level is Expressing in the detailed thinking component (Elaboration) 85.19% and Fluency thinking with a percentage of 82.41%.
