Abstract

Abstract shoud be written in Indonesian and English, using Times New roman font, 10 pt, single spasing, written in The 7E learning cycle model is a learning model based on an understanding of constructivism in learning, with the basic assumption that "knowledge is built in the mind of the learner". One of the advantages of the 7E learning cycle model is that it is able to develop students' scientific attitudes. This research aims to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes by implementing the 7E learning cycle learning model assisted by virtual lab. The approach used is a quantitative approach with the type of experimental research on excretory system material with a population of all class VIII students at Private MTs in Cileunyi. The samples used were class VIII-A students as the experimental class and class VIII-B students as the control class in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year who were selected based on the pretest results. The instrument used to see student learning outcomes is an essay test containing 15 questions. Based on the research results, it was found that the posttest average for the experimental class was 80.43, and the control class was 73.32. The data obtained were first tested for normality and homogeneity. The second class is normally distributed and homogeneous, followed by hypothesis testing using statistical tests (Independent Sample T-Test). Sign value. of 0.001. Sign value. This means it is smaller than 0.05. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of the 7E cycle learning model on student learning outcomes
